Hours & Scheduling

*Daily Visits & Vacation Visits are available in blocks of times. They are as follows;

Wake Up: 7-9am

Morning: 9-11am

Midday: 11am-2pm

Afternoon: 2-4pm

Dinner: 4-7pm

Bedtime: 7-9pm

Clients may request visits for these blocks of times. Times are approximate.  Pets needing medicine within a certain time frame are given priority.
*Dog Walks are also scheduled during the these blocks of times. The walk is for one animal at a time unless pets are from the same household and walk well together. Walks are not offered during the summer.

*Overnight Visits are from 7:00-8:00 p.m. through 6:00-7:00 a.m. depending on the service schedule for that day. If additional visits are need they will need to be scheduled in addition to the Overnight Visit.

*Saturday & Sunday service requests are confirmed during our regular business hours, which are 7am -7pm Monday through Friday.

*Registration meetings available on Saturdays only unless approved otherwise.


Owners to provide

Pooper scooper, poop bags, treats, pet food, paper towels, regular towels, a dust pan and broom, kitty litter, and other necessary equipment as required.  Anything not provided will be added to the invoice. 

*Clean sheets and towel for Overnight Visits.  


House Sitting

When requested, Paws & Claws Pet Sitting Services may provide

         * Securing entries and arming alarms.
         * Watering houseplants
         * Retrieving mail, newspapers and trash cans
         * Setting blinds/shades

         * Turning lights on and off 

         * Flushing toilets 


Holidays

For all Holiday visits a nonrefundable 50% deposit is required upon booking to hold the reservation. A fee of $20/day will be added for each holiday– New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
